From Singapore: take the ferry to Harbour Bay, then the free K Square shuttle bus (departures every 15-30 minutes). From Batam Centre ferry terminal it is about a 10-minute drive by Grab, Gojek or Maxim taxi. The mall sits on Jl. Sudirman in Sukajadi, about 4 km from Batam Centre and Grand Batam, 6 km from Nagoya and 9 km from Hang Nadim Airport (straight-line). Swiss-Belhotel and Swiss-Belexpress are built into the same complex.
